Snowmass Village is also a great basecamp to access the Maroon Bells Wilderness area and its variety of trails, which feature gorgeous wildflower displays in the summer and amazing fall foliage in the fall. Hiking in Snowmass Village can also be combined with mountain biking or camping in one of the many campgrounds in the area.
